Faith

Kingsminster Ponte Vedra is a Christ-centered independent school. This Statement of Christian Faith and Institutional Beliefs expresses the theological convictions that guide the school's mission, educational philosophy, governance, and community life. Members of the Board of Directors and school employees are expected to affirm and support these beliefs.

Enrollment at Kingsminster is open to families from a wide range of faith traditions, as well as families who do not identify with a particular faith tradition. Families and students are not required to affirm this Statement of Faith as a condition of admission.

At the same time, families should understand that Kingsminster's Christian identity is substantive and intentional. Students will encounter a Christian worldview throughout the educational experience, including classroom learning, chapel, prayer, relationships, service, and the life of the school. While families are not required to affirm this Statement of Christian Faith, we ask parents to respect and support Kingsminster's Christ-centered mission, core beliefs, and educational philosophy and to constructively partner with the school in the education and formation of their children.

Kingsminster seeks to welcome every student and family with dignity, grace, respect, and genuine care. Our desire is for every child to be known, valued, challenged, and loved within a community shaped by the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.
